2. Emotional Signs

🔹 Heightened irritability or anger

🔹 Mood swings or unexplained emotional outbursts

🔹 Persistent pessimism or low motivation

3. Physical & Lifestyle Signs

🔹 Changes in sleeping patterns

🔹 Changes in eating habits

🔹 Decline in personal hygiene or grooming

4. Coping & Substance Use

🔹 Increased alcohol, tobacco, or drug use

🔹 Reliance on work, exercise, or escapism

🔹 Excessive gambling or pornography

5. Communication Signs

🔹 Avoidance of emotional discussions

🔹 Deflection, joking, or defensiveness

🔹 Minimal response when asked how they’re feeling
